Sep 8, 2014 7:25 PM in response to msilva100by FishingAddict,Check in the settings of Outlook 2007 and make sure that your email format is NOT set to "Rich Text". To start with, set the composing format to "Plain Text" and see if that works.
Microsoft's setting for Outlook mail composing calls Rich Text produces a proprietary mail attachment format that is incompatible with nearly anything except Outlook.
