Q: Delete books from Purchased Books section of iBooks

I am trying to delete four books from the 'Purchased Books' section of iBooks. Could someone please help me with this as I have tried everything on my own and consulted other support communities? Thank you in advance.

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2

Thank you for the reply but that doesn't work. I go to purchased books, tap edit, tap the books I want to delete but there is no delete option. I can only tap done and then nothing happens.
