Digital booklet missing

I purchased music album Live - Throwing Copper, which includes a digital booklet with the album. However, although I have located booklets for other albums on iTunes, this one is nowhere to be found. It's not in the music library among the tracks and it's not among the books. Any ideas what might have gone wrong?
