I have a iphone 4s and it will not activate itself and the network stays searching does anyone know if apple will replace this phone? And if so does anyone know how much it will cost or will it be free? Because I have insurance on it but my carrier is Boost Mobile. But I need it replaced soon

Replacement depends on what is wrong and warranty coverage...and if there is damage causing the failure. Best solution is to take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs check it out for you...they will be the ones determining the replacement approach.

I have insurance with Boost Mobile, But i just need to know if they will replace it I dont want to drive 30 minutes out of my way if im not gonna get a new phone in the process. So do you think they will do that?

Suggest you contact Boost Mobile to see what the requirements of your iPhone
insurance are. You may need to visit Boost Mobile for replacement rather than Apple.

If the iPhone is under warranty (less than 1 year old) and it is not working and not damaged, Apple should replace it but only they can tell you when they look at it.
If it is damaged or out of warranty Apple may replace it for a fee.
