Cd stuck in my macbook pro drive how do i eject it?

i have a macbook pro and i was looking up old cd's and one of them stuck in my drive there is no icon shown and the cd is slowing down my computer and i can't open finder, itunes and many more applications. How do i eject the cd? Please help 😕
