Not through Apple, unless you purchased the iPhone 5S very recently or they'll pay for it through their recycling program. Someone else may buy the iPhone 5S from you.

No. Apple does not take trade ins. Sell your 5s and use the money to buy the 6.
I think they did trade ins once. I already sold my 5S to a friend, he's getting a very sweet deal indeed as mine is a 32G and only 9 months old, but I want Apple Pay!
Better to sell to a private party than to one of those online places, IMO. They give you a great offer but then when they get the device they call you with a lowball amount.
