Q: Installing

My phone stopped installing the IOS on the white page with the Apple's symbol in the beginning for 5 hours. The wi-fi is good and the it is charging. I don't know what to do!!Plz help me! tks

p.s:I really need my phone, its on it where i can talk to my parents by Skype. I'm to far of them and i really miss them. tks again
