I am not able to switch on my Facetime as the icon vanishes once I INSTALL MY iNDIA Sim card.

I had Purchase Iphone5 from Jordan. there i was using the phone with Jordan local Numbers. That time the application of Facetime was working perfectly. After completing my project there, I Returned back to India. After installing local Vodafone Sim card, the Icon of Facetime vanishes. I cannot even see in the setting.

Please help me to retrieve my Facetime here INDIA.
