Sep 10, 2014 8:07 AM in response to Eddenbby Frank Caggiano,What OS and Aperture versions are you running?
There hasn't been an update to Aperture or the camera raw bundle in a while so what versions were you updating from?
<edit>
according to this http://www.apple.com/watch/features/ s100 support is included in OS X 10.9, Mavericks. so no further updates should be required after that.

Sep 10, 2014 8:30 AM in response to Eddenbby Keith Barkley,★HelpfulMake sure you are sending .cr2 raws and not mraws or some other compressed raws. Try creating raws only and not RAWS + JPEG. I had an issue where even DPP would not read raws created in RAW+JPEG mode!

Sep 13, 2014 2:39 PM in response to Eddenbby Frank Caggiano,Not sure now the link I posted got changed but here OS X Mavericks: Supported digital camera RAW formats is the correct link.
If you are running the latest software (BTW what version of Aperture are you running?) and still cannot see the raw files from your S100 try opening them in Preview and see if they work there. If they do not work in Preview also then as was written above you probably need to change the settings on the camera.

Are you using RAW+JPEG? if so, try raw only.
