Hi, my friend has changed his region from malaysia to china because he wanted to download kuwo. And now he want to change back to malaysia but the payment method doesnt have the option 'none' and he doesnt have a credit card. What should he do??

The same thing that I have done with your friend, I also wanted to download the app "KuWo" and now I wanted to change it back and it is the same thing, No none selection in the payment information.
I really need someone's help to solve this problem !
