You may have to look to see what is available through either/both sites:

https://locate.apple.com/

https://locate.apple.com/country

And perhaps something here may help:

Sometimes, certain kinds of service may be performed by a carrier.

Not sure exactly how that works because my phone plugs into wall.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂

Since these ASC discussions are not staffed, and are essentially user-to-user volunteer help,

you may have to look through the site link previously given for Finland (you can choose an-

other language other than Suomi in the page, to look for and find local providers, if that helps)

User uploaded file Suomi Finland - sales, service, support locator

If the story holds, that you may have to contact a third-party service provider, to at least ask

(assuming you have no language barriers there) for an issue, and details on IF they can do

the replacement service. And at this point, since the iPhone has no International warranty,

you'd be expected to pay for all repair or replacement services rendered at a local shop there.

So other than referral to places you may (or not) be able to get a repair or service done while

traveling, it'd be up to you to find out which one would actually be able to do the work and to

the level you'd expect, and then pay full amounts required there for any/all local services.

You may (or may not) expect to find compensation for valid warranty claims later; however

that is a matter between you and Apple, Inc; and any authorized Apple service you may use.

I was able to locate several kinds of service centers, including those under Finland carriers

who can provide some service in a variety of data/cellular devices. Perhaps (or not) repairs.

Check the site (with Finland flag), or see what the other links above can help you find...

The official Apple (US) contact page is online however most of those phone numbers are not

for out-of-country dialing, and any toll-free numbers listed don't appear to be international.

{And given the fact there are certain Apple products that do not have an International warranty

any expenses you may incur by purchasing a repair or by invoking a service charge, are on

you to remedy at the point-of-sale, where the purchased service/repair is performed. I'd rather

not speculate on the topic of any compensation or fiscal refund of any fees associated with an

out-of-warranty (out of supported country) situation. That's a discussion out of my range and

as I am not in authority, refer to the Apple site pages where warranty on products is specified.}

Sorry if you find the level of help we user-to-user peer volunteers offer is not satisfactory.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂

From the link(s) previously posted above...

Finland - Apple: service, sales, support, etc:

https://locate.apple.com/fi/fi/

En language page: https://locate.apple.com/fi/en/

enter city/country in Service box, to see all

providers in that area. Other cities may have

more authorized Apple support/service, etc.

Most of the content of the links in an earlier post here

can be helpful to anyone with internet access in the

country/regions listed; helps if you speak the local

language. If not, ask to speak with a support person

who may understand you and your question.

If you get someone who can't help, ask for additional

contact information to talk to someone else... And if

there is another question, be sure you have read first.

Oh, it also helps if you have a cellular plan in Finland, or contact one of the

three I've noticed from reading the links provided here that offer cell plans

to Apple iDevice support service.

One of the pathways into finding who can help, from the Finland site, where

an iPhone is concerned, asks you to select a cell service provider. If you do

not have one of those three, choose one of them and try the results. If that

is not satisfactory, try another.

Ultimately, if your iPhone will not work in Finland (Suomi) you'd likely need to

contact a local cellular provider and see what they can do for you, there.

I'm used to solving various problems, so I don't see an issue.

However on the ground, in unknown territory, it can be difficult.

Best of luck & good fortune to you. 🙂
