Q: Icloud

I am trying to back up my iphone to my iCloud but it keeps saying I don't have enough storage even after deleting my pictures, videos, etc. Is there anything else I should try?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

Hello Scarletj

What is the size of your iCloud storage and also what is the size of your back up? If you are having issues, then take a look at the article below for other troubleshooting options to get your iCloud back up to go through.
