What could be making ipad air just go from a website and back to the apps page?

Every since I got my new ipad air I can be looking at something on a webpage and it just cuts off and goes back to the apps. This gets VERY ANNOYING when you have to start all over again. Does anyone else seems to be having this problem? I just bought it like 2 months ago now.

Depending n what you mean, it can be one of 2 things.

If to goes back to the home screen, then that means the website is causing Safari to crash. That's an issue with the website coding, or an ad there that causes Safari to close because the code is wrong and Safari does not know how to deal with it. . There's not much you can do other than reporting it to the website if it happens very frequently.

The other option is if its taking you to the App store to show you an App for purchase/download. That is usually caused by an Ad, that can set the url to a location in the iTunes Store website for a particular app they are pushing and it opens the app store by default.

Again nothing can be done, since its an issue with the page, not your iPad.

Have you tried the typical trouble shooting steps?

1. Go To Settings->Safari->Clear Cookies and Data

If that does not work,

2. Hold down on the Home and Sleep buttns until the Apple logo shows up. It may take a few seconds. The iPad will reboot. no data should be lost.

If that still does not work.

3. Try a restore:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
