iPhone bought in UAE and enable Facetime in Europe?
Hey guys,
I am flying to the UAE next month and wanted to buy an iPhone 6 there. I read that Facetime is blocked there.
When I fly out back to Europe, am I able to install facetime then?

If you purchase an iPhone from a region where FaceTime is banned (UAE), there is no way to change this, ever.
