Macbook Air WIFI connection timeout

Hey guys,


I have a mid 2013 macbook air maverick 10.9.1 that I am using and trying to connect to WIFI however I am being given a connection timeout whenever air tries to connect to the router.


Any suggestions or ideas on how to solve the problem?

Check out the article below to troubleshoot issues with connecting to Wi-Fi at home. You can use the Apple Wireless Diagnostics to get it sorted out as well as any of the troubleshooting below it to get it sorted out. Another option is to create a new network location and see if it is a configuration issue.
