My podcasts won't refresh

I installed the latest update 11.4 earlier this morning. My podcasts can't or won't refresh. This started last night with the older iTunes and it is still doing it with the latest update. I can subscribe to podcasts and download all of its past episodes. I using Windows 8, I would appreciate any help I can get.
