restore

I own an Iphone 5s. I accidentally deleted everything on it, but I’m happy that I did so. I had so much junk and useless information on it that I’m glad I got rid of it.

My question comes because I want to get back only my notes, nothing else just notes, can I do that. Just choose the things that I want to be restore?
