Can't proceed the in-app purchase. It says: your purchase could not be completed. How am I supposed to do about that?

Make sure restrictions are not enabled. Tap Settings > General > Restrictions

Make sure your payment method is accepted > iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment

And tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID then enter your password then tap OK.

Then tap Payment Information. Make sure your account details are correct and the Security Code is typed in then tap Done.

Try making an In-App purchase.

If that didn't help, contact Apple directly > Contacting Apple for support

This problem has come up a million times in these forums and every single thread someone parrots the "call Apple support" line, which I did earlier. They said "it's fixed, wiat half an hour, log in and out, and try again." Same CRAP still.

has anyone actually found a REAL solution? All I see is people asking the same question over and over and the "call support" echo.
