My laptop not working at all

I woke upp this morning and as always I wanted to checked my emails and everything. BUT my MakBook Pro isn't working at all. I plugged in the charger and something weird happened the green light is flashing. My warranty end on Sep 13. What should I do ?😟

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 7.1.2

Your Mac will not turn on at all ???
