It could be that you have a subscription to something: iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions.

Check your purchase history and subscriptions.

If one of your subscriptions is responsible, remove yourself from it.

If not, someone's pretending to be iTunes. Contact your bank.
