If that doesn't work do a reset i.e. hold the power and home buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.

May 15, 2016 12:08 AM in response to picasby Dalcya,I Have same problem and have tried the reset setting. Made no difference. I have noticed that the books I puchased that won't load are no longer showing up under the author search in the iBook site. Yet books were loaded before just fine and opened. Now nothing. All these prior suggestions don't work.
AMany othe suggestions, or do we have to wait for Apple to fix all the problems with the iBooks app and store?
