We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
What are you seeing on your iPad's screen ? Activation screen ?
If you can't remember your iTunes account id then do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes ? If you do then you can get your id from that : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name
If not then see if you can get your id from http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID.
If your iPad is on the activation screen then does that not show you the first letter of the account and the provider name ?
