Is there a template or a way to create binder tabs?
I have a package of staples binder tabs and I want to print some out bout I have no idea how to use it in pages?

I do not believe there is a preset size for binder tabs within Pages, but you can use the Print dialog to make a custom size for your document. See this article -

You can also add custom paper sizes for applications using the Page Setup dialog. See this article -
