Q: Display Bouncing

I use two displays, a Microtec 18", and a Samsung 22".  The Samsung has just begun to (vertically) by ~ 1mm.  Trying to look at it causes me to look away.

pretty quickly.   Both displays plug into a single video card, a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT.  I'd like to determine whether it's the display that's gone bad, or the (one side) of the video card.  The pin arrangements for the two plugs are different, so I can't simply swap the two plugs.  Is there a way to determine which (card or display) I need to replace?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Early '06, Also use OS 10.5 & 10.7

    You should be able to swap plugs at the video card.  One port is dual-link DVI, the other single-link, but it doesn't matter is the display resolution is not over 1920 x 1200.

      You're right!  I was mistaken, the two displays have the same type of plugs, and I learned when I swapped the two , that it was the Samsung that was faulty.  That display can also be used as a TV, and I found that it works in that mode beautifully.  But it bounces as a monitor, and at any resolution.  Thanks for your response.
