Multiple Gmail Signatures?

I have several email domains all managed as aliases by gmail (e.g, me@aaa.com and me@bbb.com). Mac Mail appears to allow me only one signature per account. So when I set up Mac mail with multiple email addresses in the address field (me@aaa.com,me@bbb.com) it separates them into "smart" mailboxes nicely, but those mailboxes cannot be associated with a signature as far as I can tell.

Has anyone had success in setting this up? I would think it is a very common requirement, since many people use google to host multiple domains.

I didn't phrase that as well as I could have. You may have more than one signature per account, but you must select them manually from a pulldown menu whenever you send an email. So, if I am looking at my me.bbb.com mail and press send, it will not default to using a signature associated with that smart mailbox. There is a single default for an account that cannot be set specifically per smart mailbox.
