Well then, contact Sweden Network 3 - they are your carrier and only they can unlock your phone.
If they are your carrier then you must know how to contact them.

i live in pakistan, i had got this cell from my friend, he got from some person who was using this cell in sweden. i have not contact with the first person from whom i could get some info of sweden 3 carrier. thats why i need help from this forum, possibly a person from sweden or denmark can help me out.as this network operates in common in these countries.

It is not a forum for people to help you contact phone companies or carriers. You should have thought about this and asked these questions before you purchased the phone.
You need to speak to the friend who gave you the phone about this and ask for his help. If he gave you the phone, then he should be able to answer all your questions and point you in the direction of the carrier.
This does sound as if the phone could be stolen, so there is a chance that you will not ever be able to use the phone, especially if you come up against the activation lock on the phone and don't have the correct details. If you don't have these details then you own useless brick and will never be able to use this phone carrier locked or anything else.

Well, you would expect a Swedish company to answer their phones in Swedish, wouldn't you, given the fact that most people living there probably speak that language. Ask your friend to ask the person whom he got it from to help you out.
NObody here can help you and in any case most carriers require for the unlock request to be done by the original owner.
