Help with HDTracks
Hi-- I just bought an album on HDTracks. The file is apple lossless and it appears and plays fine on iTunes. However, it doesn't upload to my iPod Classic. Any suggestions?

You may need to convert the audio to a supported file format before syncing to your device. Take a look at the articles below for more information.

You need to downsample your HDTracks to 48 Khz. The setting 24 bit / 48 Khz seems to be the maximum compatible with iPod/iPhone.
I did this with Bigasoft Audio Converter, which you can download from the OS X app store.
Also, your files must be in ALAC format (which stands for Apple Lossless).
