Do you have to run AdwareMedic on all user accounts or just once?

Hello,

I'm about to run AdwareMedic from The Safe Mac on an iMac with OSX 10.9.4. The adware problems seem worst on one of the 3 user accounts, the one through which the problem was probably caused. The other 2 do suffer somewhat.

Do I need to run AdwareMedic more than once and, if not, will it be best to run it on the worst affected account.
