Hi! If you want to restore your iPhone then first go to Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone and turn it off. Once you've done that, plug your iPhone into iTunes, select Restore and then once that's finished you may give the Phone to its new owner without a worry. Don't complete the Set up process though incase they won't to put a backup of an old phone on there
