MacBook Pro Fell Off Bed Onto Carpet

This may seem like the most silliest question to ask but I just want to be sure.

I recently dropped my MacBook Pro 13 inch on the carpet, it was on the bed not even a foot down and it fell face down and the screen opened wide and I heard a thud and realized it dropped and everything seems fine, nothing seems wrong with it but I just needed to know what to look out for or what I should do to make sure nothing happened since it did fall and it sounded hard with the screen opening really wide.
