My Game Center Isn't Working

Hi. Before I start I'm gonna say that I have looked at other similar questions about Game Center not working and I have read them all, yet the solutions don't work. So when I go into the Game Center app the 'Friends', 'Games', and 'Challenges' tabs show a loading spinning wheel and will not load. All my Game Center compatible games say I'm not logged into Game Center (ex. "Log into game center to see friends") and I've tried logging out through settings app and logged in though Game Center app and it didn't work. What do I do?! Please help!

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.1.2

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on your router

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Thank you! Reseting all settings seemed to have work, but next to all my Game Center friends it says (null). Why?

I Tried a reset, and logging out of iTunes and in as a different user and back in again, still no response when I try to open the Game Center app. Anybody have a different way to make it open? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? Game Center works on my iPhone, but still nothing on my mini.

please help
