how to unlock phone with voice control on

You need to tap the first number of your passcode once, then double tap it to have it recognized by voice over. Then do the same with the remaining digits. One tap to select, followed by two more to activate.

Once you get it unlocked, continue to select (Settings) with one tap (you will see it outlined with a square), followed by two taps to activate. Select Accessibility the same way, then turn off Voice Over the same way (1 tap followed by two taps).

Thanks - I Watch was driving me crazy. Playing with it and accidently turned voiceover on. Then it locked and I could not unlock it. Ugh. All fixed now.
