App store
Whenever I open the App Store, it says "Can't connect to the app store." I'm on a 4-bar, secure, working WiFi connection.

Hi hermesxc9,
I have an article for you with some troubleshooting steps that will help you address this issue:
Can't connect to the iTunes Store
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1368
Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities!
Regards,
Braden
The article lists a bunch of possible error messages. I didn't get an error message, there was just a blank interface in iTunes. It also says to check for software updates. I can't because I can't use the App Store. I also can't update Safari or iTunes themselves. My firewall is off. However, when I follow a link to solving problems with keychains and follow the instructions, Keychain First Aid says this:
Error: /System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain could not be found. Without it, many applications will be unable to establish secure network connections.
Unable to restore /System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain. You will need to manually copy it from another machine, or reinstall the system software.
Warning: some problems were not fixed

Hi hermesxc9,
