Sep 16, 2014 4:55 PM in response to braden85by hermesxc9,The article lists a bunch of possible error messages. I didn't get an error message, there was just a blank interface in iTunes. It also says to check for software updates. I can't because I can't use the App Store. I also can't update Safari or iTunes themselves. My firewall is off. However, when I follow a link to solving problems with keychains and follow the instructions, Keychain First Aid says this:
Error: /System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain could not be found. Without it, many applications will be unable to establish secure network connections.
Unable to restore /System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates.keychain. You will need to manually copy it from another machine, or reinstall the system software.
Warning: some problems were not fixed
Repair failed
