Your question is a bit hard to understand.
Are you trying to get your daughter's iCloud information off your iPad? If so, have you tried Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and found you are asked for her password?
I suspect this is not what you want to accomplish. Please explain what you want to do in more detail.

So since the iPad is yours, you can simply restore it as if it were new and then selectively add back the apps, music, photos, etc. without her iCloud.
Plug your iPad into (the current version of) iTunes on your computer. Let it sync. Then choose "Restore" from the iPad's summary page in iTunes. As the restore progresses, you will be offered the opportunity to restore from a backup or restore as new. Choose "Restore as new".
All this assumes, of course, that you are unwilling to have your daughter simply go through the process of learning her iCloud password by supplying the required information.
