Q: Suddenly I cannot login to FaceTime or IMessage

For whatever reason I have not been able to sign on to either FaceTime or iMessage for the past three days.  When attempting to verify it just "spins" and receive Customer Code: 3803-6417-2067 on iMessage.  Have tweeted Apple Customer Support but have not received a reply.  It appears I am not the only one who's experienced this issue in this timeframe.  No changes have been made to my IMac.
