Q: I can't get connected to the wifi even if I have strong airport signal

Hi!

I can't get my MacBook to connect to my home wifi even if I get a strong wifi (airport) signal. Everytime I try to connect I get a message saying that I need to use the network diagnostic windows and can't get to the one where I can enter the password. My Iphone and Ipad can connect without problem to the wifi network and my macbook can connect to other network without problem
