how do i link all my mac products

ive logeed in from the same apple id on my iMac and my macbook pro but it doesn't share my playlist?

is there any way that i could share everything without doing them manually?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

please do instruct me on how to transfer files from my iPhone to macbook pro through airdrop as it doesn't appear on my airdrop window when i connect both devices to wifi and bluetooth.
