My verification email timed out it says it's resent one for my Apple AppStore , it doesn't in my account iTunes is same thing then says wants credit card number.. All I want to do is start to download from App Store on my new iPad

There will be a authorizing hold of US$1.00 to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.
You can also use iTunes Card for payment if it is available in your country.
For verification email, check your Junk/Spam Folder.
WWhat about the verification email tinned out thing ..has that got anything to do With iTunes account thing
