I contacted the seller as soon as I noticed it says 'Dongguan Samsung' in small print, she said she knew some guys who worked at Apple and they said Samsung sometimes manufactures their products but I don't really think this is true.
Can anyone help?

it's real. I also have the same and it came with mbp early 2011 model.Dongguan usually ships in asian and canadian markets.

Sorry about the visibility, it wasn't easy getting a clear photo up close.
The seller says they won't give me a refund because they didn't know and assure me that I can re-sell it. It's not like a generic MacBook charger is going to be easy to sell anyway so I'm in a pretty difficult situation. I wonder if eBay would refund me.

If this turns out to be a fake involve eBay, and give the seller a horrible review for lying about the item.

Interesting. All three of mine say 'DELTA ELECTRONICS (JIANG SU), LTD. Two came with the MBPs and one is a store purchased replacement. It would not be unusual for Apple to have several or changed suppliers (even on more than one occasion).
