Q: Cant find the bootcamp support software for the macbook air 2014

Please verify that your OS is 64-bit and the drivers you are using are also 64-bit.

The USB that is built, should have <something>64.exe files under the Bootcamp/Vendor directory.

The setup.exe is in the Bootcamp directory. If the Windows installation was done using a USB like this one, the Bootcamp drivers are loaded without any user intervention.

If you had clicked the Open Boot Camp Help button on the initial Boot Camp window, you would have read and understood how Boot Camp works to install the support drivers.

Run BootCamp assistant, and check only the box, which says Download drivers to a USB. It will download a zip file and put it on the USB.

Boot Windows, and using the USB, run setup.exe in the Bootcamp folder.

Bootcamp Assistant is a bit more sophisticated and uses your computer's Hardware UUID/Model to download appropriate drivers. If you download from the Download website, what is the version your are downloading? Can you the link?
