Q: Buying iPhone and shipping to Bosnia and Herzegovina

I'm thinking of buying iPhone 5s and I want to know how much I must to pay shipping and what company ship to Bosnia and Where(I would like to ship to Travnik) and how long it takes to ship.

Also I want to know what payments methods exist(if its only with Credit Cards?) to buy iPhone 5s
