GarageBand 10.0.2. access sounds and loops

I bought a new Mac Air and so upgraded to GarageBand 10. Now I can't figure out how to access the additional sounds and loops. A little help?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
