Tried replacing with Apple RAM.. still the same..
Tried PVRAM Reset holding command + Options + P+R still the same
Looking at the error codes,
4 beeps = no good boot images in the boot ROM (and/or bad sys config block)
5 beeps = processor is not usable
Looks like a major hardware failure. I would make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.
