What is wrong with my iPhone 5? After 10 minutes of use it restarts itself and after the apple logo goes grey, the screen goes black and I get this code...

It's likely either hacked/jailbroken, or has hardware damage. You can try restoring to factory settings, but that might not work for either of these situations.

had it for ages and it was only a problem when I replaced the screen. looks like one of the connectors might be damaged so you might be on to something there.
will try restoring to factory settings now.
any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
