Q: I don't know what I have virus trojans malware can some one help to have any idea what I have on my pc

Hello I'm new on apple user I quick windows because I can't used any more the computer to work because I bean attack heavy that I can used my pc they just freeze the pc.  I spend allot of money for nothing,

now I buy a used apple Mac,  I used like 7 months no problem but now I see that they ad like a second part of the page that I can't see the top left red /yellowed/green bottom / & to click for new page some times I can't  see,  so if I closed all the page & I open again I will no have a problem for about 20 to 30 minutes that's all they can do so far on my Mac pro  Mac Osx version 10.6.8 

A list I could kept them a way and let me work with apple pc if wasn't for apple I will be homeless right now. I hope apple see the future on security the pc than make new thinks, on this day new thinks people don't care I think what people need is security on the pc,  that's why I tried & work for me,  I can't used windows any more & all my family will star move to apple. because use windows isn't good any more.     If you are having an immediate problem with ads popping up see The Safe Mac » Adware Removal Guide and AdwareMedic.

     

    Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click on Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If this stops your problem, then re-enable them one by one until the problem returns. Now remove that extension as it is causing the problem.

    Thank you for your information is very good, I was using google chrome I take out (I take out chrome & the problems go away)  & I star using Safari I put some security, I don't have any antivirus protection for my experience on windows that's no good the best way is to secure manual, Apple have more choice for security & better than windows.

    Apple don't pay me money for speak good for them, windows could be good especially on windows xp my nephew have a pc that some one fix the pc that we can't get to the Administrator, I could watch videos & no problem the person how fix that computer move away, we can find him, but in 5 years I never find any one that could fix a windows like him but just "xp" only.

    so I take out chrome & the problem get away because I star using safari & don't watch videos on this computer,  I used another one I think the hacker get very easy when people star using videos even with Apple,  for me to kept away a hacker Apple works better than windows, with Apple & I don't any any extra programs just a program from Apple to work, more programs you put on your pc more chances any body could get it, with windows I have to put antivirus the best one you thing & when they get mad about you they will hangout the phone even if you pay for their service for one year, (Avast) they tell me can I get into your computer to fix it I told them I don't care go & fix it they fix it first time but the hacker every time get more aggressive that they can do nothing about, they just hangout the phone when I call them, I have windows 7 professional  FULL VERSION ($140.00) original from windows & full antivirus protection & I let them to get inside to my computer to make any change that they want (Avast) for the last time I call them they hangout the phone because they can't kick the hacker out of my pc & the hacker WIN  (&*^%$#@)    isn't funny I lost allot of money.

    I'm no profesional on pc my own opinion is don't let any one to touch your pc or get closed to (put a case & lock if you can) don't watch videos have a second pc to watch videos, your search engine, there is allot like chrome, or safari any one you like or use put on one usb ready to load on your pc at any time.

    then when you finish using your pc disconnect the internet cable or turn off your  wireless if have it that way, then take out the file of your search engine before you turn off your pc next day before you star with out internet plug your usb and load your files of your search engine, when you finish to load the files then plug the internet or turn on the internet,   if you have google chrome or anything just tried this way & see if work for you,  a list if they let you work for the rest of the day,  I thing will be find don't you think???
