Q: This device is already assoicated with an Apple ID

me and my friends logged into each others accounts to downlaod music but when I wanted to download music from my own account it said "this device has already been associated with an Apple ID" so I watied 90 days but now when I want to downlaod music from my other devices it say that I'll have to wait another 90 days if I do >:(
