I am trying to sell my phone and reset it but it keeps popping up that i need to enter my apple ID password and then my icloud password, none of my passwords are working, is there an easy way apple can just reset it for me. i am so sick of apple right now.
If your current password isn't being accepted then try : iOS 7: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
Or (and if the phone is online) have you tried logging into your iCloud account using your current password via http://www.icloud.com and removing the phone from your account via that ?
won't let me reset my iphone 5 bc my ID and password are messed up
