I Have had my iPhone 5s since feb and never had an issue, but just yesterday the finger print scanner stopped working... Went back in to enable and the options are greyed out.. When I click them to enable them it just says failed. Have restored and turned off loads!! Help!!!!

You may have suffered hardware failure, Make an appointment at an Apple Genius bar or AASP for proper diagnosis.
Try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release then wait for the phone to boot back up.
You still have a 4 digit passcode turn on right?
Yes password still on and have tried over 20 times to do the home button and sleep! Reboots fine but no change 😟 we live 45 miles from an apple store! so annoying!
Iphone fingerprint options are greyed out and won't enable!!
