iTunes on my PC believes PC not connected to internet (will no connect to iTunes store.). PC is connected. I tried reinstalling iTunes it did not help. What can I do?
Run the diagnostics (Help, Diagnostics), and check to see if there are any security software callouts. Like your firewall or an Antivirus program that may be preventing iTunes from accessing the Internet.
