Q: Music will not download

bought new album today and one song did not download.  Says retry....turns ipad off and back on still not download.  Help

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost      

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

    - Download on computer and sync

    - Wait since likely Apple problem

    did not work......still have one song on ipad that will not download. All of album downloaded fine on mac.
